When you book an appointment with us at House of Luxe, we reserve that time exclusively for you and your guests. In the event you need to reschedule or cancel, we kindly ask for advance notice to ensure we can accommodate all brides and make the most of our availability. To make changes, we offer multiple ways to contact us for your convenience.

We require sufficient notice if you need to adjust your appointment, as last-minute cancellations prevent us from filling that time slot and may affect other brides waiting for an appointment as well. To ensure fairness to all clients and staff, the following policies apply to all appointments at House of Luxe:

Appointment Modifications and Cancellations

You may cancel or modify your appointment without charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. To do so, you may contact us via:

• Late Cancellations and No-Shows Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a non-refundable $100 cancellation fee.

• Failure to attend your appointment without prior cancellation will be considered a No-Show, resulting in a non-refundable $100 no-show fee.

Appointment Confirmations and Late Arrivals

As a courtesy, we send SMS and email appointment confirmations 48 hours in advance. While not required, confirming your appointment is greatly appreciated.

To ensure the best experience, please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving too early before your start time disrupts other appointments in progress and arriving more than 15 minutes late, will forfeit your appointment.

While we will do our best to adjust, we do not guarantee availability for late arrivals.

Credit Card Requirement

A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment. In the event of a Late Cancellation or No-Show, the associated fee will be charged to the card on file.
